Long River Pork Roast is served with crackling, roasted potato & pumpkin, steamed green beans & carrot batons, cauliflower gratin, Yorkshire pudding & gravy.

Each day our chefs utilize on trend produce and in season flavors to create dishes that directly reflect market ebb and flow. With the Fish Markets a stone throw away we are privy to some of Sydney's freshest seafood - it is not uncommon to receive an early morning phone call from our fishmonger offering something unique. A Monday could be Yellow fin Tuna steaks, the Tuesday- Green Lipped NZ Mussels. Every day is a different catch and definitely keeps our specials board exciting.
Bravo meats supply us direct with Grass Fed, Field grazing Lamb and Beef from the NSW Cowra region.. With Sirloin and Rump steaks on our menu our Grill special opens up to a whole plethora of varying succulent cuts that change daily - T-bones, Tomahawk's, Brisket and Flat Irons are very popular with the Pyrmont Locals.
